Cancellation Policy

A Court Of Manes Disclaimer Here at A Court Of Manes we take pride in being transparent with our clients about our policies. If you have questions about our credit card authorization policy please feel free to contact Maisie Lund. All online bookings will require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment time. In the event that an appointment is not changed or canceled within 24 hours prior to the appointment date, A Court Of Manes reserves the right to charge this credit card on file. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Cancellation Policy: For appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours of your service date, 50% of the service total cost will be charged. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service's total cost. Strict enforcement of this policy ensures our stylists do not lose essential income from last-minute cancellations. Late Policy: Please try your hardest not to be late. One late client can throw the whole day off schedule, however, we will always do our best to accommodate our clients in every way. Clients running more than 30 minutes late will be subject to the cancelation policy and need to be rescheduled at the discretion of the individual stylist. Refunds: A client has 7 days to contact the stylist who performed their service if the client is unsatisfied. A free service may be performed within 10 days of the original service date if determined that the result was not as anticipated as discussed in the consultation. Schedule time slots are subject to individual stylist discretion. No monetary refunds will be given. Any questions or service concerns can be directed to Maisie Lund.
